Overview
Virginia Sports Courts helps property owners plan and build sports courts by arranging experienced local professionals to handle the work. We do not perform construction ourselves. Work is completed by independent local sports court installation professionals in and around the State of Virginia. We review your request and arrange for a suitable sports court installation professional to contact you with a quote and availability.
Scope of Service
We provide consultation, project planning support, and referrals to independent sports court installation professionals. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, timelines, or specific outcomes. The professional you work with is responsible for all aspects of the construction work, including site assessment, materials, labor, permits, and warranty.
You enter into a separate agreement directly with the sports court installation professional. We are not a party to that agreement and have no control over the work performed.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your project, property, and requirements. You are responsible for verifying the credentials, insurance, and suitability of any professional we arrange. You must communicate directly with the professional regarding scope, pricing, scheduling, and any changes to the project.
You agree not to misuse the service, submit false information, or attempt to circumvent our referral process.
Fees and Payment
There is no charge to submit an enquiry or receive a referral. We may receive a referral fee from the professional if you proceed with the project. This fee does not increase the cost of your project. All payments for construction work are made directly to the professional, not to us.
Limitation of Liability
We arrange introductions only. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, or legality of any work performed by independent professionals. We are not liable for property damage, personal injury, project delays, cost overruns, or disputes arising from the work.
Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount of any referral fee we received in connection with your project, if any.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
